SAYes mentorship
programme will make you a better mentor, coach, manager and frankly speaking, person.

DAAN LAMMER, NIKE EMEA MARKETING DIRECTOR, NETHERLANDS

Why become a mentor?

How will you benefit:

You will be equipped with world-class mentorship training.
You will be professionally and personally supported.
You will play a vital role in changing a young person’s life.

How a young person benefits from mentorship:

They develop a deep vision for their life, and grow in every area that matters.
They learn how to make informed decisions, how to plan, and how to manage setbacks.
They develop consistent new practices to support their health and well-being.

How mentorship benefits the world:

Mentorship is a powerful pathway towards a more creative and compassionate world. It ensures the hard-won life lessons of each generation are handed down to the next.

How can high quality mentorship training be free?

The SAYes Mentoring training academy offers courses based on the latest behavioural and social science (including cognitive neuroscience). All volunteer Mentors currently have access to introductory Mentor training, Workshops, Support sessions and Masterclasses.

SAYes Mentoring sources funding from partners and donors to fully sponsor training for our Mentors. From time to time the demand for training funds is not met by our partners and donors, and we may then request that new volunteers consider a nominal contribution towards:
Their fit evaluation (one-to-one Interview with a SAYes Transition Specialist) and
Introductory Mentor Training course.

Currently, all training is fully sponsored, and so your training will be free!

Mentorship changes the world

A VISION OF THE WORLD POSSIBLE THROUGH MENTORSHIP
As we move rapidly through immense civilizational change, there is a deep responsibility to pause, and consider one another. If we choose to place mentorship at the heart of connection, then this moment could create a lasting intergenerational future. To arrive at this future, defined by the flourishing of compassion and the highest reaches of human experience, is to enter the era of mentorship.
