In 2023 we secured support through the Mayor of London’s Propel programme to extend support to many groups of under-served young Londoners. We also worked with business partners and key funders to extend our mentorship offer to young people throughout the UK.
We unlock more programme slots, as we unlock funding.

SAYes works with over 100 youth referral partners across London as part of the Mayor of London’s New Deal for Young People (Propel funding). This means we can currently support disadvantaged young Londoners at no cost to our partners.
Through our core programme funding, SAYes also partners with organisations supporting care-experienced young people throughout the UK up to age 32. We also work with local authority and government agencies, non-profit and voluntary organisations, schools, universities and colleges in various collaborative arrangements. SAYes offers a model of mentoring and transition planning known to improve the quality and consistency of relational support, and therefore the motivational context through which various change interventions are introduced and supported. We have applied this model in building organisational mentorships across various sectors.
Clients have engaged SAYes to enhance mentorship skills, knowledge and values within leadership and management teams, to produce structured mentorship offers relevant to their current and aspirational context, to support selected cohorts of mentor-mentee matches, to craft their identity and programmatic offering in the grassroots organisational mentorship space.
